The employees module accessible from the left menu is, to put it simply, a base of all employees.
Here, you can add employees to IC Project. For every user, you can determine such elements as:
- Contact details – name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address
- Hourly rate (default) – it can be changed individually in every project,
- Department,
- Position,
- Roles – authorisations in the system,
- Enabling / disabling authorisations to log into IC Project system.
You can change the data of the user by entering the Employees module.
