To add a new category (folder), click .  Pojawi Ci się nowe okno.

Complete the data. Enter the name of the new category and decide its status.

The created category will be private.

The created category will be public – available to all users having access to the project.

You can also share the file category with selected people. In the field ASSIGNED USERS, select the users who are to gain access to it.

After you complete the data, click . 

In the example above, the created category (folder) named Contracts has been shared with two people.

If you wish to make any changes in the selected category, clickand select edit. 

Click to make the given category public.
