This functionality is very similar to the my tasks tab. However, all tasks from the IC Project system are displayed here (adjusted to authorisations) and you have more filters to choose from for the search.
Employees with less authorisations will see all tasks from the task groups they participate in. On the other hand, managers and administrators will see all tasks from the entire ICP system. It’s a type of a managerial module. Here, you can search for, e.g., tasks assigned to the given employee. By setting the relevant filters, you decide what results you will see.
