Employees

The employees module accessible from the left menu is, to put it simply, a base of all employees.

Here, you can add employees to IC Project. For every user, you can determine such elements as:

  • Contact details – name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address
  • Hourly rate (default) – it can be changed individually in every project,
  • Department,
  • Position,
  • Roles – authorisations in the system,
  • Enabling / disabling authorisations to log into IC Project system.

You can change the data of the user by entering the Employees module.
