If you want to determine the availability of users, go to Settings -> Users -> Availability. Here you can set the individual daily availability of each user. You will set the availability in the form of time, so, for example, 8 or 7 hours per day.

Once availability has been determined, the workload module will be able to calculate the actual workload per day for the selected users. Availability is a key step in order for the workload module to work properly and indicate the level of user load.
